*The following quotes are excerpts taken from Love is the Seed: Teachings from the Spirit World, Chapter 7: Jesus Speaks, Wednesday, January 13, 1982 Session 91* In terms of consciousness, there is no past, present, and future as we think of it. Consciousness exists in the now, and yet simultaneously connected to the evolution of the soul—its past and future—because consciousness exists everywhere. So, for example, the consciousness of the soul, us as “knower soul,” is aware of where our soul is in its evolution—past lives, remembrances of purposes for coming into the human body, etc.
Consciousness Exists in Everything “The smallest atoms that create your universe have a consciousness of their own, but different order…” Everything in existence is a manifestation of the evolutionary experience and can be referred to as an “order.” Each order in the universe has its own consciousness and at various levels of consciousness, yet each are a part of the Greater Consciousness. All Consciousness is of Equal Importance “Each participant or element has a part that is of equal importance to sustain creation.” Every evolutionary participant, no matter at what point in evolution, have equal importance to all creation. For example, if bees were to perish, we would struggle to have a food supply as we need them for the pollination of our crops. Insects are at the bottom of the food chain, but without them, fish, birds, and other mammals could not survive, and then larger animals wouldn’t survive as a result. “Each minute element of a person’s body is giving out of love to sustain that body.” Each cell of our bodies holds within it the consciousness from which we all are born. When our cells work in harmony—give out of love—so does our body work in harmony. The same holds true regarding our thoughts. Thoughts carry a life of their own. When thoughts are in harmony with our greater good, our body benefits, as does our life as (conscious) creators. Consciousness Expressed Through Love “Each act of giving from the heart brings one closer to understanding.” We have the free will and the power to create. The spirit of creation comes from love. Consciousness is our vehicle to more fully experience and express love, deepening our understanding of the Love from which we are all created. When we as soul are matured into our wholeness—that is when we have reached a level of the highest level of consciousness—we can fill the totality of consciousness, complete enlightenment into all that is God—clarity, love, mercy, grace, compassion, wisdom, empowerment. --- You are free to share this or any part of this article as long as you link back to and credit this blog article. - www.LoveIsTheSeed.com.

“When one sleeps, thinks, performs daily functions, exists, the eternal quest is love.” - Ch. 1 Love, Mankind and Love, Wednesday, February 17, 1982 Session 118
The ultimate quest of life is love, not romantic love but eternal love, the love from which we were created. Love is eternal, as is the Soul. It has always existed and will always exist, and it is through tapping into the energy of love that we can transform our own lives and change the world as we know it. The Path to Peace is Love “Understand that love that exists within you and express that love. And you shall find a great deal more peace in your earthly lives.” - MANKIND AND LOVE, Wednesday, February 17, 1982 Session 118 Love is what unites us together. It is a force of positivity that can’t be denied. When love is expressed in the midst of hatred, the hatred is dissolved. When love is offered where there is anger, resentment, or frustration, the negative charge is removed so that a more productive, positive energy can preside. Life is really a path to understanding love, and the more we dedicate time and energy toward that endeavor, the more peaceful and joyful our lives will become. Love Comes Through Attitude “Love is the responsibility that each creates through attitude, a learned reality, and that attitude determines that reality.” - Ch. 7, Jesus Speaks on Love, Notebook #22 Page 3 Finding the love inside of you comes from believing in a greater force of good. It is able to flourish when you believe it exists within you and when you approach your interactions and situations with a loving attitude. There is no one reality. We are all living in our own realities, each of which are the results of the attitude through which we go about life. It is our responsibility to embrace an attitude of love throughout our daily lives, and when we are able to do that, the reality as we know it will shift and change in ways we couldn’t have even dreamed possible. What does this look like? Here’s an example of how an attitude of love can change lives: A woman who has been thrust into a blended family situation might feel that there is no escape to the disrespect and chaos around her as she strives to share a home with children who aren’t hers and who are struggling with the situation. Responding out of anger in response to their poor behavior isn’t working, so she shifts to a compassionate attitude of understanding what the children are going through and responds with love instead. She then watches in amazement as the issues she thought could never be resolved melt away before her eyes. Steps You Can Take to Bring More Love Into Your Life

Patience is accepting that all things in the evolution of the soul are infinite existence of God. Patience is giving and receiving with love, living and believing in love.” Except from Chapter 1 – Love; Notebook #35 Page 15, LoveistheSeed.com
The Meaning of Patience The meaning of patience in Spirit and as Soul is more than just that ‘thing’ that we try to have more of. Patience is connected to love, understanding, acceptance and faith. In this Earthly life, it comes into play when we want something and yet no control over the timing of it and/or no control over another. Patience comes into play when the present moment is not what we would like it to be. We all would like to think of ourselves as patient. We all know that we should be more patient, yet in this current world of instant gratification and answers at our fingertips, patience is a quality that now takes more practice. It takes...work. Patience can be something as simple as waiting in a store line with only one cashier and three people ahead of you with what looks to be their months-worth of groceries. And patience is as complex as a woman who desires so badly to have a child, yet after months or years of trying, has yet to conceive, or conceives and then loses the pregnancy, and wonders when her “time” will be. In both situations, it is the timing of the desired outcome that is unknown and that leaves us devoid of patience that we once had. A Test of Faith In the samples above, we must have faith. There must be faith that we will still be able to accomplish everything on our daily wish list despite having to wait in line, and for the woman, there must be faith that there is a "right timing" to conceive and an acceptance not knowing what that timing is. So where does this leave us? Are we simply to surrender to this moment of feeling unfulfilled or angry or agitated? Well, yes — to some degree. If the circumstances presented are beyond our control, then we must find a way to accept it, or at least distract ourselves from the unfulfilled or agitated feelings that arise from the undesired present moment. Patience as a Gift When we run short on patience, negative emotions arise that in no way serve us. It is an opportunity though, a gift, to empower us to regain patience — to bring us back to that love, understanding and acceptance to which Spirit calls us back. When we are patient, there is a gentle stillness within that benefits our body and mind and benefits our direct surroundings. You will see this working in your life as it becomes easier to maintain patience. Children are great gifts to help us practice. Whether they are 4 years old and insist on doing just one more thing before leaving the house — and that's after 15 minutes of trying to persuade them to put on their shoes, or whether they are 16 years old and have just done something completely against common sense, they are a gift because they allow us to practice patience, which serves us beyond our expectations when we give it a chance. So, how then does one practice having more patience and begin to transform one’s life for the better?

The subject of consciousness can be quite foreign for many of us. It is not taught in school, nor is it a subject that often comes up in our daily lives. There are a select few people who encourage us to practice connecting to and increasing our level of consciousness, and a select few who teach us how understanding the power of our consciousness can elevate us to create a life of greater joy here on Earth in form, and how it can empower us as soul to evolve exponentially closer to our “wholeness/completeness” with the One Supreme Consciousness, the “I am” of consciousness, God—the clear enlightenment of love that created all—of mercy, grace, compassion, and wisdom—of which we are all a part. Defining Consciousness Consciousness, in simple terms is the state of being aware. The complexity arises when we understand that our awareness extends far beyond what we can comprehend at this point in our evolution. There are levels of our consciousness that we will never become aware of. But it is there. Our consciousness can reach us to the greatest heights when in moments where we are absorbed in pure, silent awareness, fully aware, present and connected. Imagine a time where you felt pure joy and love, as with the birth of your child. And in contrast, a lack of consciousness—lack of awareness of our thoughts, actions, and our connection to the Divine—can plunge us to the greatest depths. Imagine a time where your thoughts took over, triggering deep emotional pain of which you see no way out. Infinitely, consciousness does indeed always exist. Consciousness in Evolution Our level of consciousness is dependent upon what is within our soul’s development. In the evolution of each soul, the level of consciousness can only be at the point at which we have learned, and we are in a constant state of learning. We can figuratively say that we (soul) as consciousness are the fetus of Divine Guiding Presence–God. We are in a constant state of maturation into wholeness. Our goal is to raise our level of consciousness—raise our awareness of our own existence, thoughts, surroundings, etc. This integration process is a part of our Greater Self and always connected to and a part of One Consciousness, the Supreme Consciousness, the I am that I am. --- You are free to share this or any part of this article as long as you link back to and credit this blog article. - www.LoveIsTheSeed.com. There is a center in the human body where love, spirit, intuition and intelligence are joined. It marries the ‘physical’ with the ‘spiritual,’ balancing the world of form with the world of spirit. It is called upon consciously and subconsciously consistently.
It works harmoniously with all orders within the body, sustains the body and communicates with the brain in ways that can completely transform our lives and greatly affect how we perceive and react to the world around us. That center is the heart. It is the heart that starts beating in the unborn fetus before the brain has been formed. When making an important decision, “what does your heart tell you?” Do you “listen to your heart.”? It is the heart that aches or fills with love, that feels and emits compassion; and it can feel empty or void or overflowing and expansive. It is the center where you connect to another soul. The heart holds all answers. Soul Utilizes Heart and Mind Soul—we can call “knower” soul—utilizes these two powerful instruments, heart and mind/brain in the body, among others for the fulfillment of purpose. At the core of that purpose is the giving of love. Each element in our bodies – physical, spiritual, emotional, etc. when giving out of love consciously create a functioning body, mind, soul through which to live purposefully in form and evolve as soul. Where Spirit Meets Form The heart is both intelligent and loving. The fourth, or heart, chakra sits at the center of the seven chakras. It can be thought of as the epicenter for unconditional love, grace, compassion, empathy and connection. It connects the lower three ‘body’ chakras with the upper three ‘spiritual’ chakras. The heart chakra governs the heart, lungs, various systems and regions in the body, and joy, love, peace, forgiveness, stress, unity, and decision-making between the egoic mind and the loving heart. Heart Meditation There are answers and messages always available to you. To help you connect, I have created a short meditation, a relaxing practice really, to simply give attention to your heart. As you do so, you will begin to feel a newer energy—perhaps healing or loving or understanding/knowing—move through you and your body. You will also see glimpses of objects or visions, which you will later interpret utilizing the power of the relationship between your heart and mind/brain. As you practice this meditation—available to you for free on the Resources tab at www.LoveIsTheSeed.com--spending a few minutes each day to connect with your heart center, you will begin to get glimpses of what you need to know. Although fleeting at times and incomplete, answers and messages will be revealed to you and you will find your life starting to change. Be it waves of gratitude or an “all is well” attitude, or waves of joy, peace and overall flow. This is the flow of the love from which you are created and of which you are a part.
