It’s a technique that you can use daily or simply when you feel that you need it. It was introduced in the book The Three Supreme Gifts: A Practical Approach to Self-Mastery and to Transforming Your Life Here and Now, and it primarily focuses on using the empowerment of our imagination to impact the physical nature of our lives. What this means is by using our imagination, we can create positive change within our body, as well as make gradual shifts in what we experience in our work, our relationships and all other aspects of our life. Imagination is just one tool you can use to connect with that higher, “knower” version of yourself and co-write your story with Divinity.
