How can we find peace in a world that sometimes seems chaotic and divided, and is there anything that we can do to make it better? That’s a great question and I think it can be summed up in one sentence that is found within the pages of Love is the Seed. (non-affiliate link) This is a message from Spirit in Notebook #38 on page 169, and it reads: “It is not up to the next guy, but up to each of us to create the brotherhood which we all talk of.” In other words, if we want to make any sort of positive impact on the world—or even just our own neighborhood—it starts with each individual making the decision to be an active participant and be an example for what we want to see, and what we want our world to be. Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” It all begins with each individual. Part of what was expressed within the sessions in Love is the Seed is an explanation of why there exists such unrest within the world, and why it ultimately is up to each individual to create the change we want to see. What was said is that we each are given three supreme gifts in this life of love, thought and free will to create what we desire. It is with these three supreme gifts that we have the full creative empowerment to make a difference — and it starts on an individual level. So, what are some things that we can do to bring more peace to times of transition, chaos and divide? It was said within the sessions in Love is the Seed that: “Within all systems, all elements, every fiber of beingness, every reality, love transcends and permeates all… Innate within each of us lies the understanding, desire, and truth of love.” In one way or another, a love given is a love received. So, that is where we start…and that is where we finish. It is through this giving and receiving of love that we find, create and share peace. It can be as simple as smiling and greeting the person who scans our groceries or buying a cup of coffee for the person next to us in line. It is showing compassion, grace, mercy and patience toward ourselves and others that sparks and sustains peace. Embodying, expressing and sharing these qualities can be an amazing catalyst for the change we want to see and the peace that we want to have. As always, relax in the knowing. --- You are free to share this or any part of this article as long as you link back to and credit this blog article. - www.LoveIsTheSeed.com. --- You are free to share this or any part of this article as long as you link back to and credit this blog article. - www.LoveIsTheSeed.com.
